CYcut R120

Laser Textile Cutting System

The CYcut R120 system is used for cutting textile materials which are supplied as rolls. In the basic configuration computer defined shapes can be cut off the material and be collected in a receptacle.

The CYcut R120 system improves the cutting quality by reducing back reflections of laser radiation and an optimised exhaust system. Thus the system is qualified for working on delicate materials like acrylic glass. Engraving of these materials is also possible.

Main Features

  1. Split axes cutting and engraving system using quadruple rolls for material transport in y direction
  2. Modern, maintenance-free CO2 laser
  3. Cutting of any shapes (within certain limitations of size)
  4. X axis with closed optical path for protection of optical components not available in any comparable cutting machine (the picture above shows an older unsealed version of the x axis)
  5. Significantly extended cleaning intervals because of longer life cycles of the optical components
  6. Improved exhaust unit, suitable especially for continuous rubber stamp production
  7. Robust stainless steel cabinet
  8. Customizable to your applications (e. g. special materials)
  9. 50 W and 100 W systems are available for different material widths,
    other laser powers on application.
  10. Options for sheet transport and for engraving available
